Rolling out dough Here I'm rolling out
dough in our dining/living room for the chuchuvara that Guli was teaching us
how to make. They use this same dough for a number of the other national dishes.
Traditionally they put a clean cloth on the floor and roll it there. The dough
is supposed to get even bigger than you see here and so thin that you can see
the shadow of your hand through it (like paper).
