Dinner at our apartment: Each week we have 2-5 students come over for an American dinner. It's usually a lot of fun. This evening two of our most traditional students came over and they were explaining to us how the women should serve the men. I was serving the tea and every time I went to take a bite of food, Rakhim, the boy sitting to my right in this picture, kept holding his tea cup (piyola - like a small bowl) in front of me to fill. They told stories of how when their sisters don't fill their cup they smash it on the table. It is a different world here!
